A pollinator favorite! Bees love the strong, unique scent given off by the flowers. A member of the mint family, hyssop is so versatile. The lime green leaves and beautiful, electric lavender flowers both make a wonderful, light anise tea that is said to aid digestion. Once established, hyssop will return year after year. Divide roots every few years to increase productivity and prevent excessive spreading. A true, low maintenance favorite. Start indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost.
